摘要
针对当前要求注射模设计与制造过程的自动化、智能化及高效率的要求,基于Unigraphics软件的二次开发平台,开发了基于知识的注射模结构设计CAD系统,提出了系统的整体结构框架、模块划分和数据流程,建立了知识库,分析了各模块功能的实现。
A knowledge-based CAD system for designing injection moulds was developed by using Unigraphics. Its overall structure was set up. Meanwhile, the data management between the system and Unigraphics platform was investigated, and the data transference mechanism and data flow between them were established. The knowledge base was also researched.
