介绍了相似系列产品多工位级进模共模设计的排样、模具结构、主要零部件的设计方法,在生产实践中对提高生产效率、节约材料和成本有一定的意义。
A multi-position progressive die with sharing design for series of similar components was developed. The devising method of layout scheme, die structure and key parts was stated. The application of sharing technology will help to raise the production efficiency, save materials and lower the costs.
