摘要
介绍了激光头中的OPU零件注射成型的原理、注射工艺和与其相关的工艺参数,分析了OPU零件的生产工艺,论证OPU零件的注射成型技术的可行性。还阐述了零件质量检验的意义和方法,并对生产中出现的一些问题作了分析。
The principle, injection process and parameters of moulding for the super miniature and high precision optical pickup unit （OPU） in a laser head were presented. The manufacturing technology and feasibility were analyzed, and the method for testing the product was described. Some problems occurred in the operation were also discussed.
