摘要
介绍以二次通用旋转组合设计进行试验研究并提取样本数据,采用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络建立工艺参数模型,训练网络以实现某一指定工艺效果的工艺参数优化选取,检验结果表明线切割加工参数智能自选系统性能稳定、可靠性高,可在实际生产中推广应用。
The experimental study was made by using quadratic general rotary unitized design and the sample data were extracted. The process parameter model was established by using Radial Basic Function (RBF) neural network and the network to realize the process parameter optimization se- lection for assigned effect. The examination result indicates that the intelligent optional system of WEDM processing parameters is stable and reliable in performance.
