摘要
对氮化炉用密封电机的结构、磁场特点进行了分析,并建立了磁场的数学模型。在此基础上采用解析法计算了密封电机的磁场分布,并由此求出了密封套的涡流损耗。计算结果与样机实验结果进行了比较,验证了计算方法的可行性。
The structure and magnetic field feature of seal motor used in nitriding furnace is analyzed, and the mathematical model for the magnetic field is set up. On this basis and the magnetic field distribution is solved by means of analytical method and the eddy current loss of sealing cover is calculated. Comparison between calculation and test is made, which shows the feasibility of the calculation method.
