近几年鞍钢通过技术改造,使热风炉的技术装备水平逐年提高,应用了顶燃式预热炉、分离式热管换热器、无波动换炉等多项先进技术,从而全部实现了空、煤气双预热,使热风炉风温不断提高,提出进一步开发新技术计划,全年平均实现1 200℃高风温的水平。

Through continuous technical reformation in the few years, the technique equipment level of the hot air furnace in the Ansteel raises continuously and the top combustion type preheating furnace, separate hot tube exchanger, unvariation exchanging furnace, etc. Majority new technologies are used, thus both gas, air twin preheating all carry out, it results in that the wind temperature of the hot air furnace in the Ansteel continuously raises, it is that there is certain reference value to develop the hot air furnace technology.
