摘要
依据多台铝型材时效炉热平衡测试所得的数据,在炉型结构、经济运行及使用效果等方面对不同形式的时效炉进行分析与比较。最后提出一个由燃煤有机热载体炉集中供热的铝型材时效炉加热系统方案。
Based on data of a series of heat balance tests of various aluminum aging furnaces, the author analyses and compares their differences in configuration, operation and efficiency and consequently comes up with an effective coal-fired heating system for aluminum aging furnaces.
