利用铁尾矿合成及制备镁橄榄石材料 被引量:7

摘要 随着矿产资源的日益匮乏以及尾矿堆存带来的环境污染问题日益严重,尾矿资源化问题受到广泛关注。铁尾矿作为二次资源,其利用对发展循环经济具有十分重要的意义。论证了利用鞍山地区高硅型铁尾矿和高镁原料(菱镁石粉和轻烧镁粉)合成和制备镁橄榄石材料的可行性,实验研究了合成反应过程,提出以铁尾矿生产镁橄榄石耐火材料和轻质保温耐火材料的方法。 With mineral resources gradually deficient as well as the issue of environmental pollution that mine taillins pile up brings about is gradually grave, more and more people realized the great significance oftailings utilization. Iron ore tailings, as a kind of secondary resources, its utilization has great significance in developing recycling industries. The feasibility of producing forsterite refractory with hi-silicon iron tailings and hi-magnesium raw material was discussed, the synthesis reaction process was studied by laboratory experiment, and the method of producing forsterite refractory and lightweight forsterite refractory by use of iron tailings were offered.
