中压和高压加氢裂化工艺技术的选用 被引量:6

摘要 以不同类型原料油在中压和高压条件下进行加氢裂化的结果表明,在中压或高压下加工石蜡基原料油时,可以得到质量相近的各类产品;在加工其它类型原料时,高压加氢裂化产品均优于中压加氢裂化,但高压加氢裂化装置的建设投资和操作费用明显高于中压加氢裂化的30%,故应根据具体条件选用高压加氢裂化技术还是中压加氢裂化技术。 The different kinds of feed stocks were successfully processed at the medium pressure and high pressure hydrocracking reaction conditions. Investigation results show that the product qualifies are similar when processing paraffin based feedstocks at the medium pressure hydrocracking condition, but the product qualities from the high pressure hydrocracking condition are clearly better than those from the medium pressure condition when processing other based feed stocks. The constructing investment and operating expense of the high pressure hydrocracking unit are higher than those of the medium pressure hydrocracking unit about 30%. Therefore, it must be selected by the fact.
