Synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one Derivatives Using Sulfonic Salicylic Acid as Catalyst

摘要 介绍了用磺酸水杨酸作催化剂,在无溶剂条件下,利用Biginelli反应,一锅合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮的方法。这种方法和传统的Biginelli反应条件比较,有反应时间短(4~7h)和收率高(71%~96%)的特点。 A simple and effective synthesis of 3,4 - dihydropyrimidin - 2(1H) - one derivatives from aldehydes, 1,3 - diearbonyl compounds and urea using Sulfonic salicylic acid as catalyst under solvent- free conditions is described. Compared with the classical BigineUi reaction conditions, this new method has the advantage of excellent yields (71%-96% ) and short reaction time (4-7 h).
