Research on Deepening Reform of Medical and Health System

本文提出深化医药卫生体制改革的基本目标,是建设覆盖城乡居民的国家基本医疗卫生制度,并对改革的基本原则、路径选择、保障和服务制度建设、关键的配套改革措施等进行了研究,提出了设想。

The article points out that the basic goal of deepening medical and hygiene system＇ s reformation is to construct the state basic medical and hygiene system which covers all the city and countryside residence, and gives some suggestions about the basic principle of reformation, the choice of the road, the construction of the guarantee and service system, and some key relevant reformations.
