摘要
本文在构建农民职业教育评价体系的基础上,从教育对象、教育条件和教育效果三个维度,对我国农民职业教育进行了科学、客观、完整的分析和评价,重点进行了区域差异的比较研究。研究发现,我国农民职业教育整体上仍处于较低水平,而且地区间农民职业教育发展水平呈现较强的非均衡性,这种非均衡性也同样体现在地区内农民职业教育各个方面发展的不协调上。在综合分析和评价之后,提出了提高我国农民职业教育发展水平的政策建议。
This paper analyzes and appraises the farmer vocational education from three dimensions: the education object, the education condition and the education effect, based on building the appraisal system. It puts more efforts to investigate the region difference comparison. The research discovers that the development level of the farmer vocational education still lies in a lower level, moreover, the farmer vocational education level among different areas are stronger non - balanced and this kind of non - balanced is also similarly manifested in the un - coordination of the development of farmer vocational education in the same area. And we put forward the policy suggestion of farmer vocational education development, after the generalized analysis and appraisal.
