摘要
国有上市公司经营者收入增长迅速是否合理已成为人们关注的焦点。本文认为:第一、国有上市公司经营者岗位的获得中多数没有获得物质资本的许可,经营者的收入也是在力量失衡状态下获得的,面对经营者收入迅速增长,人们有理由进行质疑。第二、从绩效来看,经营者收入每年增长迅速,而企业效益和企业规模却没有逐年明显增长;从治理模式来看,经营者收入与工人收入的差距倍数要高于他们的贡献比;经营者收入增长存在事实上的不合理。最后针对这一现实问题提出有关政策建议。
It is a focus point that managers' compensations go up swiftly in the stated owned list companies. The authors hold that: First, most managers are not allowed to be compensated by physical eapital. Managers' compensations are decided under no equilibrium, so it is rational to doubt it. Second, managers' compensations go up year by year when firms have no related performance, and ratios of income between managers and employees are above their contribution in the view of corporate governance. Therefore, man-agers' compensations going up swiftly is a question, and several policies are discussed.
