摘要
目的:探讨针刺对肥胖大鼠血清瘦素(Leptin)水平、下丘脑神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)等指标的影响,研究针刺减肥机理,为临床应用针刺减肥提供理论和实验依据。方法:选择1月龄SD雄性大鼠20只,采用自制高脂饲料制备肥胖大鼠模型,分为肥胖组(6只)与针刺组(6只)。应用免疫组化方法测定脂肪细胞瘦素表达,应用放射免疫分析方法测定血清Leptin及下丘脑NPY水平。结果:与肥胖组相比,针刺后脂肪组织瘦素表达减弱,血清瘦素水平降低,下丘脑NPY水平降低。结论:针刺对食源性肥胖大鼠的疗效显著,其减肥效果可能是通过Leptin-下丘脑NPY轴发挥作用。
Objectives: To investigate the effect of and the contents of hypothalamic neuropeptide Y acupuncture on weight, leers index, serum leptin level in obese rat fed by self-prescribed high calorie diet, research the mechanism of weight-lose function of acupuncture and provide a principle for practice of acupuncture in clinic. Methods: The obese rats were prepared by self-prescribed high calorie diet. Immunohistochemical analysis of leptin in celiac adipocytes were performed. The serum leptin and hypothalamic NPY were measured. Results: Comparing with obese rat without acupuncture, in acupuncture obese rat, immunohistochemical stainings of leptin were weaker, the level of serum leptin decreased, and the hypothalamic neuroprptide Y level decreased. It suggested that the weight lose effect of acupuncture on obese rat was marked, and the machanism responsible for this was the affect of acupuncture on leptin-hypothalamic neuropeptide Y chain. Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture on obese rat fed by self-prescribed high calorie diet was good, which might be obtained by its effect on leptin- hypothalamic neuropeptide Y chain.
