摘要在遗产研究和实践中,所属权是一个重要的问题。"国家遗产"无疑是代表性的一种类型,因为它不仅是国家的一种象征和标志,也是文明和文化独特性的表述。然而,"国家遗产"的产生比"国家"和"遗产"的历史晚近得多,属于现代国家的历史范畴和特殊的表述范式。法国和日本的"国家遗产"的演变过程为国家与遗产的结合属于现代性规划这一观点提供了有力的说明。
