摘要 建立了蜂窝夹芯板的基本方程和瞬态动力学接触问题有限元分析的基本控制方程,利用ANSYS对蜂窝纸板箱瞬态动力学问题进行了有限元模拟和计算,得到了蜂窝纸板箱发生角跌落时的应力图和变形图。同时分析了箱体的应力和变形特点,即蜂窝纸板箱发生角跌落时,在包装箱与地面接触位置的铅垂方向上产生最大的应力和变形,这将对蜂窝纸板箱的缓冲性能产生不利的影响,也将直接导致箱内被包装物体受损,在缓冲包装设计时应加强该方向的强度和刚度。所得结论为蜂窝纸板箱缓冲包装的优化设计提供了参考依据。 The basic equations of honeycomb sandwich panel and the equations of the finite element method for transient dynamic question were established. The transient dynamic question of honeycomb paper-board box was simulated and calculated by ANSYS. The stress maps and deformation maps were got and the performance was analyzed. It was showed that when the box drops down, the maximum stress and deformation was on the vertical direction of its corner contacting with ground. It is adverse to its cushion performance. And it can cause inside goods broken. Its strength and rigidity should be strengthened in cushion package design. The results can be reference for the cushion package design of honeycomb paperboard box.
