Determination of Diprophylline in Diprophylline Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定二羟丙茶碱片中主药含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为VPODS，流动相为甲醇-水（30：70），检测波长为273nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，进样量为20μL。结果：二羟丙茶碱检测浓度的线性范围为8．1-81μg·mL^-1（r=0．9998）；平均回收率为100．01％，RSD=0．21％。结论：本方法操作简便、准确、精密度好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of diprophylline in diprophylline tablets. METHODS： The analytical column was C18 and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （30-70） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 273 nm and the sample size was 20 μL. RESULTS： The linear range of dipro-phylline was 8.1-81 μg·mL^-1（r=0. 9998） with an average recovery rate of 100.01% （RSD=0.21% ） . CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and precise, and it can be used for the quality control of diprophylline tablets.
