Precautions Against Dispensing Risk of Nighttime Dispensing in Emergency Pharmacy

目的:探讨急诊药房处方调剂风险防范。方法:根据急诊药房夜间调剂的病例,应用临床药理学和文献资料分析怎样防范调剂风险。结果与结论:目前调剂风险防范操作还主要依赖药师的个人经验,非常有必要对现行工作模式进行一次全面的系统总结和理论升华,使药师对于调剂风险有衡量的尺度和防范标准。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the precautions against risks of drug dispensing in emergency pharmacy. METHODS： Based on the nighttime dispensing cases in the emergency pharmacy, the precaustions against risks in drug dispensing were analyzed by referring to clinical pharmacology and literatures. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Currently, the precautions against risks of drug dispensing mainly rely on pharmacists＇ personal experience. It＇s necessary to conduct a comprehensive summarization and theoretic sublimation for the present working model to serve as measurement and standards for pharmacists to guard against risks of dispensing.
