报告了１９例创伤性肩关节后脱位，初诊漏诊率达６８．４％。临床分析认为，仔细的临床检查及患肩侧位Ｘ线片检查对该损伤的诊断具有特殊意义。强调对肩部损伤的患者，不能只凭肩部正位Ｘ线片上无明显异常，而放弃仔细的临床和其他检查，以免造成漏诊。

ineteen cases of traumatic posterior dislocation of the shoulder are reported with a primary misseddiagnosis tate of 68.4%.Through clinical analysis,the authors conclused that careful clinical examination and lateral Xray film of the shoulder is of special importance for the diagnosis,and emphasized that careful clinical and other examinations in case of shoulder injury should not be given up only based on no obvious abnormality on the anteroposterior Xray film lest the missed diagnosis should occur.Closed manual reduction in a prone possition or/and closed pinning internal fixation should be recommended in the treatment.
