旋转可调式床头牵引架的研制及应用

The development and application of adjustable rotational bedhead drawing stand

采用自制旋转可调式床头牵引架治疗腰椎间盘突出症及下肢创伤骨折３６７例，总有效率达１００％。观察结果表明，旋转可调式床头牵引架具有前后、左右、上下三维调节功能，其展杆与滑轮装配了旋转轴，使其在３６０°范围内自由旋转，可满足超床宽度牵引、带角度牵引等多种特殊牵引的需要，为各种牵引提供最佳牵引轴线和发挥最大牵引效率。

hree hundred and sixtyone cases of lumbar intervertebral disk hernia and lowerextremity traumaticfracture were treated by selfmade adjustable rotational bedhead drawing stand with a total effective rate of 100%.The results of observations showed that the stand has a regulating function in 3 dimensions:frontback,rightleft,and updown,and could meet the need for many special tractions like overbedwidth,angular and other tractions,and its retractable bars and pulleys can freely rotate within 360°with help of their rotation axes.The apparatus could provide various tractions with the best traction angle,produce the greatest traction efficiency and thus obtain the best results.
