自控消肿仪的研制与临床疗效观察

The development and clinical therapeuticeffect observation of seifcontrolled repercussive instrument

以三七片口服作对照，对自行研制的自控消肿仪治疗四肢外伤性肿胀的疗效进行了临床观察。结果显示，两组在显效率上有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为，该消肿仪的设计符合“肌肉泵”的工作原理，通过收缩所产生的大于静脉压的作用力，替代并增强了骨骼肌的挤压作用，提高了伤肢的静脉压，从而加速了静脉回流，改善了伤肢的血液供应，促进了炎性介质的运转和吸收。

aking “SANQI PIAN”(Notoginseng Tablets) orally administered as the control,the therapeutic effects of seifdeveloped seifcontrolled repercussive instrument were clinically observed in treating four traumatic swellings.The results showed that the markedly effective rates of the two groups were significantly different from each other (P<0.01).It was believed that the instrument,with the design according with the working principle of “muscular pump”and the contractive force greater than venous pressure,could enhance skeletalmuscular pressure,raise affectedextremity venous pressure and thus quicken venous reflux,improve affectedlimb blood supply,promote inflammatorymedia transpotr and absorption and speed up the disappearance of swellings and the remission of pains.
