当代中国“亚健康人格”及其社会成因

Sub-healthy personality in contemporary China and the contributing social factors

人格的健康与否,不仅关系到个体的生存质量,亦影响着社会的发展状况。伴随中国经济社会的迅速发展,中国人的人格发生了很大变化,呈现出许多异常化的人格状态。其中,"亚健康人格"现象十分严重,它表现为种种人格的非健康状态,诸如:单一型人格、多重化人格、分离型人格等。亚健康人格现象的出现,对个体生存和社会发展造成了极大的负面影响。这一现象的形成原因诸多,但社会转型引发的种种问题是主要原因。探讨亚健康人格的存在状况,分析其形成的社会原因,可以为认识和改变这种人格危机现象提供一定的理论依据。

Personality health not only concerns the life quality of an individual but also influences social development. With the rapid economic and social development of China, the personality of the Chinese people is undergoing some remarkable changes, among which the most serious is sub-healthy personality which has impacted the individual life and social development negatively. Many factors have contributed to this phenomenon, the main one being the various plights occurring during the social transformation. This article probes into the present state of sub-healthy personality, analyzes the contributing social factors and tries to provide some bases for its recognition and correction.
