摘要
根据在机械制造业里冲压(尤其以冲裁工艺)噪声发射最为严重的认识,并针对当前冲压噪声控制的研究现状,指出了降低冲压工艺噪声的重要性。分析了冲压工艺噪声因突然卸载而产生的原因及控制的基本途径,阐述了主动降低冲压工艺噪声的原理与方法,包括提出了级进模两步法冲裁、变速冲裁以及在凹模内设置反顶力作用冲裁等一些较新的降低冲压工艺噪声的方法,可为实际冲压生产中如何进行降噪提供借鉴。
Noise emission by pressing production, especially by blanking process, is more serious than any other process in mechanical manufacturing, so the pressing production noise control is very important. Based on analysis of pressing process noise and its general control approaches, the active control principle on pressing process noise is expounded and some new active control techniques used in pressing process noise are typically introduced and suggested, such as two steps blanking method, reduction of blanking noise by controlling press motion or by adding the counterforce on punch's head after blanking, etc. These methods can be used for reference to reduce noise caused by practical pressing production.
