摘要 在分析生产过程中包括资源消耗和环境影响等绿色特性输入输出变量的基础上,揭示绿色制造生产过程多目标集成决策的内涵,建立一种绿色生产过程多目标集成决策框架和数学模型,明确决策目标、决策变量及其相互之间的关系,进而对生产过程多目标集成决策运行机理进行分析,提出了一种信息化技术支撑的生产过程多目标集成决策运行模型。多项生产现场例证表明,该模型可为制造企业生产过程实施绿色制造提供技术支撑。 Based on the analysis of the input and output variables in production process that include resource consumption and environmental influence, the meaning of the multi-objective integrated decision-making for green manufacturing process is explained and a framework and mathematical model of multi-objective integrated decision-making for green production process is presented with the aim, variables and their relations of the decision-making determined. Furthermore, the operational mechanism of multi-objective integrated decision-making for production process is analyzed and the operational model developed, which, proved by examples, promises technological support for green manufacturing in manufacturing enterprises.
