摘要
以某炼钢厂转炉的耳轴轴承这类低速重载轴承为研究对象,针对低速重载轴承中各零件间接触问题进行分析,确定了合适的接触形式和算法,并建立其三维实体模型。采用有限元方法,计算出轴承各元件的应力和应变。将进一步修正得到耳轴轴承计算顶隙,与实测轴承顶隙进行比较,其结果令人满意。
The converter trunnion bearing in a certain steelworks, a representative type of low-speed, heavy-load rolling bearing, is studied thoroughly in this paper. To resolve the contact problem existing between the elements of the bearing, appropriate contact form and algorithm are determined with the three-dimensional model of the bearing built. By means of finite element method, the strain and stress of the bearing elements are obtained. According to the test data, the amended calculational bottom clearance of the trunnion bearing is accurate.
