去势小鼠自体冷冻卵巢移植后海马神经元超微结构变化 被引量:1

Observation on Ultrastructure of Hippocamp Neuron of Self-freezing Ovary Transplanting in Castrate Mouse

摘要 目的观察去势小鼠卵巢移植对大脑海马神经元超微结构变化的影响,探讨卵巢分泌激素对中枢神经系统的作用。方法将去势雌性BALB/C小鼠随机分为移植组、去势对照组和空白对照组,每组各10只。移植组于去势后2周行自体冷冻卵巢解冻移植,移植组于移植2周后、去势对照组和空白对照组于4周后取大脑海马部位观察神经元行形态学变化。结果移植组小鼠大脑神经元超微结构与正常对照组相同,形态及结构完整正常;神经元突触密度较去势对照组增高(P<0.01),而去势对照组小鼠神经元结构欠完整,突触密度也降低。结论去势小鼠行卵巢移植可增加海马神经元突触数,保护神经元的形态结构和功能。 Objective To observe the ultrastmcture of hippocamp neuron of castrate mouse in transplanting, and to discuss the effect of estrogen on central nervous system. Methods 30 mices were divided randomly into 3 groups. Transplanting group performed transplantation after 2 weeks castrated. After 2 weeks transplanted, control group and castrate control group got hippocamp observed neuron morphology hanging. Results The morphous and structure of neuron ultrastmcture in transplanting group was nomal; synapes density of transplanting groupwas higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Ovary transplanting of castrate mouse could add synapse number and protect morphous structure and function of neuron.
