高岭土诱导大鼠交通性脑积水模型的建立及其特征 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立高岭土诱导大鼠交通性脑积水的模型。方法雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机将其分为对照组和实验组。实验组28只大鼠应用显微外科技术在显微镜下向枕大池中注射2%高岭土混悬液0.05mL,对照组12只大鼠应用显微外科技术在显微镜下向枕大池中注射生理盐水0.05mL。分别在注射后第28天处死大鼠,做脑室病理切片分析,测定脑室体积大小,实验组与对照组进行对比,并确定脑积水是否形成。结果实验组有22只大鼠成功诱发脑积水,且脑室随着时间的延长而逐渐扩大。结论应用高岭土混悬液注射法可成功诱导大鼠交通性脑积水,适用于急、慢性交通性脑积水的实验研究。 Objective To establish model of kaolin induced communicating hydrocephlus in adult rat. Methods 40 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. In the former group,28 rats were injected into the cistema magna with 0.05ml volume of 2% kaolin solution under micro scope. The measurement of the ventricles were performed on the 28th days after injecton. The controls were treated in the same way except for injection of saline. Results Hydrocephlus was induced in 22 rats and whose ventricular system expanded as time goes on. Conclusion Injection of kaolin solution to establish a rat model of hydrocephlus is reliable, particularly suitable for the study of the pathological changes caused by acute and chronic communicating hydrocephlus.
