摘要
目的探讨MDM-2、bcl-2和Ki-67在子宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测MDM-2、bcl-2和Ki-67在31例子宫颈癌1、3例子宫颈非典型性增生、15例正常子宫颈组织中的表达水平。结果在31例子宫颈癌组织中MDM-2表达阳性11例,bcl-2阳性13例,Ki-67阳性15例。bcl-2、MDM-2和Ki-67三者共同阳性9例(29.03%)。对31例子宫颈癌组织中MDM-2与bcl-2共同阳性者、MDM-2与Ki-67共同阳性者及Ki-67与bcl-2共同阳性者进行配对资料χ2检验,P<0.05。子宫颈癌组织中bcl-2、MDM-2和Ki-6阳性表达率彼此间存在着明显的正性相关关系。结论联合检测MDM-2、bcl-2和Ki-67在子宫颈癌中的表达,显示三者具有明显相关性,与子宫颈癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective To investgate the relationship between the expression of MDM-2, bcl-2 and Ki-67 and development of cervical carcinoma, malignant degree, preliferation and apoptosis. Methods The expression of MDM-2,bcl-2 and Ki-67 was observed by means of immunohistological technique in 31 cases with cervical carcinoma, 13 cases with atypical hyperplasis in cervix and 15 cases of normal cervix. Results Out of 31 cases of cervical carcinoma, 11 cases showed the MDM-2 positive, and 13 cases showed the bcl-2 positive, and 15 cases showed the Ki-67 positive. MDM-2,bcl-2 and Ki-67 simultaneously positive were 9 cases(29.03% ). With the chi-square test we tested these paired datas which MDM-2 ,bcl-2 and Ki-67 were positive each other. In cervical carcinoma there was a significantly positive correlation among MDM-2, bcl-2 and Ki-67. Conclusion Combined examing the positive rates of MDM-2, bcl-2 and Ki-67 expression in cervical carcinoma showed that the three were significant corralation each other, and pointed out the changes of various genes are associated with the pathogenesis and development of the cervical carcinoma.
