摘要
目的探讨癫痫儿童的认知学习状况,观察其事件相关电位P300变化。方法采用学习障碍筛查量表(PRS)测量57例癫痫儿童和57例正常对照儿童,并用丹麦维迪Keypoint诱发电位仪检测事件相关电位P300。结果(1)癫痫儿童量表总分、言语得分及非言语得分均较正常儿童降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)P300潜伏期较正常儿童延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)癫痫儿童的量表总分与P300潜伏期呈负相关(r=-0.395,P<0.01);言语得分与P300潜伏期呈负相关(r=-0.266,P<0.05);非言语得分与P300潜伏期呈负相关(r=-0.427,P<0.01);结论癫痫儿童存在学习障碍,P300可以较客观地以脑电形式及早反映癫痫儿童的认知学习状况。
Objective To explore the cognitive and learning status of epileptic children, and to observe their event-related potential(ERP)P300. Methods Auditory ERP P300 and the Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening for Learning Disabilities (PRS)were performed separately in 57 children with epilepsy and 57 controls. Dantec keypoint electro-physiologic instrument was used to detect ERP P300. Results (1)The total score, the verbal score and the nonverbal score of PRS in children with epilepsy showed significantly lower than those in controls ( P 〈 0.01).(2) The latency of P300 in children with epilepsy showed significantly longer than that in controls. (P 〈 0.01 ). (3)P300 latency in epileptic children showed significant negative correlation with their total score ( r = -0.395!, P 〈 0.01) ,Their verbal score( r = -0.266, P 〈 0.05)and their nonverbal score( r = -0.427, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that there is learning disability in children with epilepsy. It could be revealed in their early stage and evaluated objectively by P300 for cognitive and learning status of epileptic children.
