摘要
将二乙烯三胺在碱性条件下与氯乙酸钠反应,合成了二乙烯三胺五乙酸五钠。实验考察了反应温度、反应时间以及反应终点pH值的控制对产品收率的影响,得到了合成二乙烯三胺五乙酸五钠的适宜反应条件:温度(60±5)℃,二乙烯三胺与氯乙酸钠反应时间4.5 h,终点pH值控制在11.5左右。在此条件下,合成二乙烯三胺五乙酸五钠的产率约75%。
Sodium diethylene triamine pentacetate (DTPA) is synthesized by diethylene triamine and sodium chloroacetate under alkali condition. The. influence of temperature,time and pH value on the product yield is inspected and the optimum conditions are obtained as follows., the temperature is (60±5)℃, the reaction time is 4.5 h and the pH value in end of the reaction is about 11.5. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of the product reaches to 75%.
