阐述了高校图书馆在东北地区老工业基地调整改造中所具有的优势与作用,从4个方面提出了提供知识转移服务的策略与措施。
This paper expounds the superiorities and functions of university library in the adjustments and alterations of the old industrial bases in Northeast China, and advances some tactics and measures for providing the knowledge transfer service from four aspects.
