指出了高校图书馆在推行人性化服务过程中遇到的问题,提出了实现高校图书馆人性化服务的主要途径。
This paper points out some problems faced by university library in the course of promoting the humanistic service, and advances some main approaches for implementing the humanistic service in university library.
