Project-based supply chain management is an effective way to solve the problems faced by the telecommunications equipment enterprise. The enterprise should integrate and coordinate the internal and external resources based on project, and by the driving of project plan, the information flow, logistics flow and service flow should be transferred and synchronized during the whole supply chain in order to improve the tele-equipment enterprise＇s capability of delivery and to strengthen the integral competence and competitive superior of supply chain.
