以中山大学南校区图书馆流通部为例,阐述了勤工助学参与流通部工作的必要性,分析了流通部勤工助学中出现的问题,提出了加强勤工助学管理的方法。

Taking circulation department in Southern Campus of Zhongshan Univesity as the example, this paper expounds the necessity of part-time job students＇ participating in circulation work, analyzes some problems appearing in part-time job of circulation department, and advances some methods for the management of part-time job students.
