摘要
乡村两级沉重债务包袱的存在,严重影响了基层组织的正常运转。从形成乡村债务的主要原因入手,探索化解乡村债务的途径。
The existance of heavy debts in township and village influences severely the normal operation of primary-level organizations. This paper probes into some paths for eliminating these rural debts starting from the main reasons of the formation of rural debts.
