摘要
分析了新《劳动合同法》在企业利益维护方面的有关规定,旨在帮助企业加强劳动合同管理,维护企业用工合法权益,从而构建和谐稳定的劳动关系。
This paper analyzes some relevant regulations of new labor contract law in the aspect of the protection of enterprise's benefit, aiming at helping the enterprise to strengthen the contract management, protecting the legal rights of enterprise's employment, and constructing the harmonious and stable labor relations.
