摘要
目的:探讨赤雹果水提取物(WEFTD)的镇痛作用机制。方法:采用小鼠浸尾法观察L-精氨酸(L- Arg)和左旋硝基精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)对WEFTD镇痛作用的影响,硝酸还原酶法测定血清和脑组织中一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:WEFTD 2000mg/kg(生药6.2g/kg)组小鼠痛阈显著高于生理盐水(NS)对照组(P<0.01),L-Arg可部分拮抗WEFTD的镇痛作用(P<0.01);WEFTD 2000mg/kg组小鼠血清和脑组织中NO的含量显著低于NS对照组(P<0.01),WEFTD+L-Arg组NO含量高于WEFTD组(P<0.01)。结论:WEFTD的镇痛作用机制与抑制过量NO的合成有关。
Objective:To study the analgesic mechanism of the water extract from the fruits of Thladiantha Dubia (WEFTD).Methods:Tail-immersion test i 45℃ )was applied to observe the effects of L-Arg and L-NAME on analgesic effects of WEFTD in mice; Nitrate reductase was used to detect the content of NO in serum and brain of mice.Results:The WEFTD of 2000mg/kg could markedly increase pain threshold of mice (P 〈 0.01 vs NS control group);Analgesic effects of WEFTD was partially antagonized by L-Arg (P 〈 0.01),WEFTD could significantly decrease the content of NO in serum and brain of mice (P 〈 0.01 vs NS control group),The content of NO was much higher in WEFTD + L-Arg group compared with WEFTD group (P 〈 0.01), Conclusions: The analgesic mechanism of WEFTD is correlated with inhibiting synthesis of excess NO.
