In Jinan steel, in order to meet the medium and heavy plate manufacture demand such as ＂more variety, high-performance, high-precision, low-cost, environment protection＂, by analyzing the plate production process, based on precision management concept, advanced techniques and scientific measures, through integrating internal resources, completing and the establishing relative system and documents, the new type stcel-rolling management mode was constructed, thus the incorporate management and control of the plate production and quality through steel making and rolling system was applied, so such management innovation can enhance the coordination, continuity and stability of the plate production, and high efficient production was achieved.
