连铸用功能耐火材料的发展

Development of Functional Refractory for Steel Continuous Casting

介绍了钢铁连铸用浸入式水口、中包水口、长水口及塞棒等功能耐火材料的发展现状,指出今后的研究重点应是通过复合抗冲刷性能优良且透气性能好的内衬料,解决快换中包水口内衬不抗冲刷、容易向内衬中渗钢水、吹氩效果不理想的问题,开发多功能、高性能和长寿命的连铸用耐火材料。

This article introduced the development status of function refractory material for steel continuous casting such as submerged nozzle, tundish nozzle, ladle shroud and mono-block stopper etc., and pointed out the emphases of future research. That is, by compounding lining materials with excellent anti brushing performance and good permeability to solve the not anti-scour and easy to seep molten steel into the liner, developing the materials with multi functions, excellent properties and extended service life.
