摘要
介绍了石灰石尾矿及冶金废渣等在鲁碧公司水泥生产中的综合利用情况。采用分别粉磨工艺,使水泥中矿渣掺入量由30%提高到55%以上,利用钢渣代替部分硫酸渣做铁质校正原料,在煅烧、粉磨、搅拌3道工序进行粉煤灰利用等,均取得了较好的效果。同时提出了围绕钢铁主业加快实施矿渣粉项目、熟料项目、余热发电等进一步发展循环经济的思路。
This paper introduced the comprehensive utilizations of limestone tailings and metallurgical slag etc in cement production in Lubi Corporation. Adopting separately grinding, the content of slag was increased from 30 percent to 55 percent above. Steelmaking slag was used as ferry-controlling raw materials instead of pyrite cinder partly. The utilizations of fly ash in the working procedures of incineration, grinding and agitating acquired good effects. At the same time, the thought of developing circular economy more was put forward, that is, circumfusing iron and steel, the slag power item, clinker item and waste heat power generation etc should be actualized as early as possible.
