摘要 气管病变有时需要切除一段气管，并行气管再建术．当切除气管的长度小于4．5-6cm时，可以直接行端一端吻合，气管切除长度最长不能超过6cm，否则需要气管代用品或异体气管替代原病变气管。但当缺损更长时，就必须行气管移植术。这方面的研究主要包括自体组织重建、异体气管移植、人工气管替代。国内外许多专家学者曾经使用自体组织再造气管，使用的材料有肌皮瓣、心包、食管、肠管和肋软骨等，但是术后替代物的软化、
