摘要
莱钢通过制定试制产品的技术条件和工艺流程,采用VN微合金化技术和轧后余热处理两种工艺,开发出了英标460BΦ50 mm钢筋混凝土用钢筋。对试制产品的性能测试及金相组织分析表明,使用两种工艺生产的钢筋性能稳定,晶粒度、屈强比、延伸率均达到了标准要求。与采用VN微合金工艺相比,轧后余热处理工艺每吨可降低生产成本180元,批量生产时应重点采用轧后余热处理工艺。
Through making technological condition and process flow, Laiwu steel developed BS 460BФ50 mm concrete reinforcement steel by VN micro-alloying and remained heat treatment after rolling. The performance test and microstructure analysis for the trial products were made. The properties of the rebar produced by two processes were stable and the grain size, yield radio and elongation reached the demands of the standard all. Comparing with VN micro-alloy, the production cost was reduced by 180 Yuan per ton taking the process of remained heat treatment after rolling. So suggest to use the process of remained heat treatment after rolling when hatch production.
