This article introduced the methods that Jinan Steel＇s No 1 1750 ms BF expert system through the OPC （OLE For Process Control） mode achieved real-time data acquisition and the data preprocessing. The data pretreatment included two steps, the first step was to realize the data smooth processing, the second step was the calculating of compound parameters and characteristic parameters and fuzzy processing of parameters. The preprocessed data can guarantee data in expert system real-time, reliable and accurate.
