摘要
介绍了济钢1#1 750 m3高炉专家系统通过OPC方式实现实时数据采集及对数据进行预处理的方法。数据预处理包括一次预处理和二次预处理,一次预处理即实现监测数据的平滑,二次预处理包括复合参数、特征参数的计算及参数的模糊处理。通过预处理后的数据可保证专家系统数据的实时、可靠、准确。
This article introduced the methods that Jinan Steel's No 1 1750 ms BF expert system through the OPC (OLE For Process Control) mode achieved real-time data acquisition and the data preprocessing. The data pretreatment included two steps, the first step was to realize the data smooth processing, the second step was the calculating of compound parameters and characteristic parameters and fuzzy processing of parameters. The preprocessed data can guarantee data in expert system real-time, reliable and accurate.
