摘要
根据最小二乘法理论,研制出一种基于废气温度上升点的烧结终点预报策略,利用模糊逻辑技术建立了烧结终点控制模型,对终点实施准确的在线预测预报和优化控制。模型投用后,一般在1、2个控制周期内即可使烧结终点控制在设定范围内,终点波动由7%降到3%,年创效益1 000多万元。
According to the theory of Least Square Method, this paper developed out a sintering BTP prediction strategy based on Burn Rising Point (BRP) and established BTP Control Model based on Fuzzy Logic technology. The model predicted BTP on-line accurately and optimized control automatically. After putting into use, the model could control BTP in its setting range by 1 or 2 control cycles, and BTP fluctuation was decreased from 7 to 3 percent and brought 10 million RMB new benefits every year.
