摘要
人力资源成为企业发展的关键因素,激励可以调动人的积极性,激励机制成为人力资源开发和管理的基本途径和重要手段。阐明了激励机制在吸引人才、创造企业良性竞争环境、开发员工潜能方面的作用,探索了正确实施激励机制的基础要从满足人的需求出发。分析了企业在运用激励机制方面存在的激励就是奖励、激励过程中缺乏沟通、绩效考核缺少客观的评价标准等问题。提出了营造有归属感的企业文化、特岗特薪制、股权激励等运用激励机制的建议。
Human resources are crucial for enterprise development. Motivation can stimulate a person's initiative, and motivate mechanism is the basic and important means for human resources development and management. This paper first illustrates the functions of motivate mechanism in attracting talents, creating virtuous competitive environment, and developing the potentials of staff. In the second part, the author explores the base of the correct implementation of motivate mechanism, that is, to take the satisfaction of personal demand as a starting point. After an analysis of some misconceptions regarding the employment of motivate mechanism such as confusion of motivation and rewards, the lack of communication in the process of motivation, and the lack of objective evaluation standards in performance tests, the author puts forward some suggestions at the end on employing motivate mechanism like creating corporate culture with a sense of belonging, special pay for special positions, and stock ownership inspiration.
