摘要
根据模拟实际钻井过程中泥饼的形成、冲洗液对泥饼的冲刷、固井液的动态顶替、固化胶结的实际情况,提出了仿真型高温高压泥饼胶结模拟评价系统的设计思路,研制了模拟评价系统,实现了对地层渗透性、井下温度、压力和钻井工作流体动态循环的模拟。该仪器可对钻井液泥饼、冲洗液、固井液胶结质量等多项性能进行评价。文章对该模拟系统的组成、结构、模拟实验方法、评价方法进行了简要介绍,阐述了其在研究钻井工作液的井下工作变化、钻井液、泥饼、冲洗液的实验室评价以及在影响固井界面胶结质量中的作用。
A HTHP mud cake cementation simulation system simulates actual mud cake, washes performance by washing fluid. Dynamic displacement of slurry and cementation is introduced in the article, along with its structure, components, recommended test and evaluation methods. The article also presents its functions in studying mud behavior downhole, lab tests of mud, mud cake, flush fluid and cementation quality assessment.
