摘要
介绍了高精度钨器件在医用CT准直器、探测器及半导体离子注入设备中的应用,并对高精度钨器件的关键生产工艺及加工技术进行了分析,提出了钨加工材的未来发展趋势,即向着高技术、高附加值产品及钨的应用产品方向发展。
This paper introduces the applications of high-precision tungsten devices in medical collimator, detector and semiconductor ion implantation apparatus. And the key production and process technology of high-precision tungsten devices is analyzed in detail. The development trend of tungsten products, that is, in the direction of high-technology, high-additional value and tungsten-application products, is also put forward.
