摘要
介绍了本体法聚氯乙烯的工艺技术并进行了经济评价。经对生产能力、产品质量、消耗定额、环境保护及工程投资等方面的分析,表明该工艺比悬浮法工艺具有投资少、节能、成本低、环境污染小、产品质量高、加工性能好等特点。
The process of bulk polyvinyl chloride production capacity, quality, consumption figures was introduced, and was estimated in economy aspect. The , environment protection and engineer investment of bulk polymerization process were analysed. The bulk polymerization has more merits than suspension process, including low investment, energy saving, low cost and environment pollution, high quality and better processing property.
