急性脑梗死患者血浆ET、Hcy水平与脂质过氧化的关系 被引量:6

Study on the Relationship Between Plasma ET,Hcy Levels and Lipid Peroxilation in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨了急性脑梗死患者血浆ET、Hcy水平与脂质过氧化的关系。方法:应用放免法和化学比色法对36例急性脑梗死患者进行了血浆ET、Hcy、SOD、MDA水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:急性脑梗死患者血浆ET、Hcy、SOD、MDA水平非常显著的地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而SOD水平则显著的低于正常人组(P<0.01),相关分析显示,血象ET、Hcy水平与MDA正相关(r=0.6018、0.6128,P<0.01),而SOD与MDA呈负相关(r=-0.4418,P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者存在脂质过氧化,与ET、Hcy存在相关性。 Objective To explore the relationship between plasma ET, Hey levels and lipid perexidation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Mothods Plasma ET and Hey levels were measured with RIA in 36 patients with acute cerebral infaretian and 35 controls while plasma SOD, MDA levels were measured with eolorimetry. Results Plasma ET, Hcy, MDA levels were significantly higher in patients with acute cerebral in farction than those in controls ( P 〈 0.01 ) , while the serum levels of SOD were significantly lower (P 〈 0.01 ). Plasma levels of ET and Hcy were positively correlated with MDA levels (r = 0. 6018,0. 6128 ,P 〈 0.01 ) but SOD levels were negatively correlated with MDA levels ( r = - 0. 4418, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Lipid peroxidation was present in patients with acute cerebral infarction, with correlated changes of ET and Hcy levels.
