对轻烃回收装置直接换热工艺原理的认识与分析 被引量:26

摘要 以回收C3+为目的轻烃装置采用DHX工艺(DHX塔闪蒸+脱乙烷塔分馏)后,在相同工况下能使C2获得更高冷凝率,并通过液态乙烷的制冷剂(汽化制冷)和吸收剂作用使C3+收率大幅提高,达到节能降耗的同时也提高了C3+收率。本文在分析了国内DHX工艺运用的基础上,通过工艺过程分析,对DHX工艺原理、技术特点作了进一步的总结认识,对DHX工艺的推广应用具有一定参考价值。 After the DHX process was used on the light hydrocarbon unit to recover C+3 compound,it had a good result that the recovery rate of C2 compound was higher in the same operation conditions.And the liquid ethane could be used as the cryogen and absorbent to increase the recovery rate of C+3 compound and decrease the energy cost greatly at the same time.Based on the actual application in China,this article analyzed the principle and technical advantages of DHX process,which had a certain reference value for its further wide application.
